One of our goals at New Hope is developing a corporate culture of personal growth and transformation into the image of Jesus. IMPACT 301 is a transformational training course for healthy relationships and leadership, providing practical handles for engaging our personal journeys with Jesus and each other. This course is part of our New Hope Foundations Track that we encourage our church family to go through.

The course has 2 modules:

Module 1: IMPACT Mindset - Paradigms to change how you think about leadership 

Module 2: IMPACT Others - Tools to change how you relate to those around you

We are offering this training in a unique way! Here’s the scoop:

• The training is done at the convenience of your own time, in your own home.
• During the week, you watch a couple of short videos while engaging notes, personal reflection, and application questions in the workbook. This takes approximately an hour and can be broken up into shorter time segments throughout the week. It is easily incorporated into normal life: times with Jesus, lunch break, included in your morning or evening routine, etc.

• Each module is only 4 weeks. Begin with Module 1 by registering here (you'll take Module 2 the next time we run the IMPACT training). The 4 classes are on Sunday nights via Zoom, which:
• Saves you time by staying home
• Allows you to put your kids to bed
• Eliminates the need for childcare 
• Keeps your weekends and weeknights free
