What is the Wisdom Project?
The Wisdom Project is a distillation of the collected insights, learnings, and growth resources of the Growth Dynamics International community. Drawing from over thirty years of “in the trenches” life experience, the Wisdom Project offers target support on personality discovery, relationships and communication, leadership development, vision, life purpose, and much, much more. These resources go beyond just knowledge and information to offer curated wisdom for living life well in all of its challenges and opportunities.

What are our values?
First and foremost, the Wisdom Project is about resourcing your personal growth and discovery. We believe that sharing hard-won wisdom is essential, as it enables others to enjoy a head start rather than needing to discover how to best engage the various areas of their life through costly mistakes and unnecessary struggles. We're passionate about helping hungry learners, catalyzing their growth and resourcing their unique journey through life in as many ways as possible.

Who is behind the Wisdom Project?

Doug Fike is passionate about seeing individuals and organizations unleashed to fulfill their potential. He thrives on helping people discover breakthrough insights — developing the personal clarity, inner fortitude, support systems, and life patterns necessary to bear lasting fruit and finish well. He is a seasoned mentor, popular conference speaker, and trusted advisor to an array of national and international leaders.

Doug loves listening deeply, asking probing questions, unearthing data, discerning patterns ... helping people tune into defining clues buried in their life journey.

He calls this human archaeology.

He enjoys empowering people to live from their God-given core identity, and enabling organizations to clarify and operate according to their mission and values. He helps assemble and make sense out of life's jumble of data, and ferrets out limiting constraints or critical blockages. He has a penchant for offering paradigm-shifting perspective at defining moments.

Specializing in executive coaching and organizational development, Doug has worked in dozens of countries on five continents. He currently serves leaders and organizations in the non-profit, government, business, family, technology, and arts sectors.
