After a year and a half of deep organizational development—building foundations, creating systems, developing frameworks—we're ready to launch into what we're calling Avanti's first full public year in 2026.
The Thrive pilot program with 50 people exceeded every expectation. We've proven something we hoped for but weren't certain was possible: that transformational dynamics can be structured and systematized in ways that make them accessible to more people, in more places, with far less need for the lengthy and inconsistent processes that have historically left people waiting.
Now we're inviting you into a vision that's been years in the making—and we want you to see not just what we're building, but why it matters and how you can be part of it.
Imagine a world where transformation through community isn't exceptional—it's just how people live.
A world where you find your people. Where you finally connect with others who understand why you live the way you do, who celebrate the growth you've already experienced, who are on a comparable journey of living with intention and purpose. You're not starting from scratch—you're coming home to a community that speaks your language.
A world where life stages are supported. Where young adults figure out calling with people who help them discern, not just optimize income. Where marriages are supported by communities who know how to help relationships flourish. Where parents are in real relationships with people who know their actual kids. Where retirement isn't the end of contribution but the beginning of legacy work.
A world where sharing is natural. Where you have easy ways to share what's been meaningful to you with people you love—not awkward invitations or pressure, just simple resources you can hand someone and say "this made me think of you." And you know that if they're interested, there's an entire ecosystem ready to support them.
A world where you find your calling community. Where you can actually find people who share your specific sphere—whether arts, business, education, or any other area where you're pouring your life—and they approach it the same way you do. They understand why it matters. They're asking the same questions.
A world where difference expands you. Where your closest friendships include people passionate about completely different things than you, but you're deeply connected because even though the arenas are different, you're in them for the same fundamental reasons. They expand your world and help you see God at work in places you'd never otherwise encounter.
A world of lifelong companionship. Where your best friends—the people you do life with, laugh with, dream with, pray with—aren't just people you happened to meet, but people you intentionally chose to journey with because you share the same foundation, the same values, the same commitment to living life on purpose. And you know you'll still be walking together 20 years from now.
A world of meaningful gatherings. Where every year includes experiences with people you genuinely love—not just network with, not just know from the internet, but actually love. Your calendar is punctuated by retreats and camps and conferences that become some of the highlights of your year. The experiences your family talks about months later. The friendships your kids grow up watching you invest in.
A world of decades-long transformation. Where you can actually picture the next 30 years of your life and see a community of fellow kingdom catalysts walking alongside you—celebrating milestones, navigating transitions, wrestling with big questions, supporting each other through both flourishing and struggle.
A world that's global. Where you're part of a network of people taking seriously the call to be kingdom catalysts in their spheres and communities—and whether you're working in Nairobi or Nashville, whether your sphere is science or spirituality, you're connected to a growing movement of people who believe transformation through community can actually change the world.
That's the world we're building.
So what does this actually mean for you? Let us paint a picture of what engaging with Avanti could look like in your life.
For the first time ever, our complete Thrive framework—six genuinely unique and transformational programs—is available to you in ways that actually fit your life.
The Thrive Framework covers three core areas of human flourishing:
Three Ways to Engage:
Beyond Thrive: We're developing programs for specific life challenges:
This isn't just about having access to good content. This is about stepping into an entire ecosystem.
Imagine your six-year-old growing up through Thrive Juniors, connecting with a community of friends and peers and families who think and live these ways. For the next ten years, they're engaging an age-appropriate process of discovering who they were created to be, learning how they function well, maturing in how they communicate.
And you're not just watching—you're engaging that process with them as a family. They're seeing you and your spouse model this. You're connecting with other couples and families who share this language and these values.
Then as a young adult, they're connecting with peers around the world and locally who are on comparable journeys. As they get clear about their calling—whether arts, business, government, education, or any other sphere—they have spaces to not only learn what that should look like, but to connect deeply with others engaged the same way.
They're forming friendships and deep, lasting relationships with people who not only care about those spaces but approach them from a similar point of view.
That's what we're building. Not just courses. Not just programs. An entire ecosystem for human flourishing—a world where you have people who speak your language, where your kids grow up with models of this, where you're not alone in trying to live with intention and purpose.
In-Person Gatherings—Where Community Forms
Throughout 2026, you'll have multiple opportunities to actually gather with other lifelong learners:
Public-Facing Resources—Easy Ways to Share
We're solving a long-standing problem: how do you actually share this with people in your life?
We're building a rich ecosystem of free, accessible, compelling content:
Sphere-Specific Communities—Finding Your People
As you get increasingly clear about your calling in the eight spheres—arts, business, government, education, science and technology, media, family and community, or faith and spirituality—you'll have communities of people who share that calling.
Places to not only learn what faithful stewardship looks like in your sphere, but to form genuine relationships with people who understand what you're navigating because they're navigating it too.
Local and Global Community Development
We're resourcing local, regional, and national Avanti communities—both in the US and internationally.
We're developing scholarship and sponsorship systems so we can work where we need to work, not just where there's money to pay for things. Because transformation shouldn't be limited by economics or geography.
If you're excited about this vision, there are several ways you can engage:
Maybe you're thinking: "I want to experience this for myself first."
Jump into Thrive. Come to the Unconference. Engage the programming. Be one of the early adopters who helps us refine and develop what we're building. Your participation and feedback shapes everything. We need people who are willing to be the first ones in—the pioneers who say "yes, I'm ready."
Maybe you're thinking: "I have people in my life who need this."
We need you to be the ones who invite, who host, who bring your communities into this world we're building. That might look like starting a local collective, bringing friends to the Unconference, or simply being the person who shares the podcast and says "you should check this out."
With all the resources we're creating—the free content, the shareable materials—it's easier than ever to be a bridge builder. We're developing a Bridge Builders program with resources and support specifically for you.
Maybe you're thinking: "I want to be equipped to catalyze transformation in others."
If you're drawn to facilitating growth, walking with people, leading communities—our facilitator training program is designed for you. This is how we multiply capacity and expand reach. This is how the movement grows beyond any individual or organization.
For the first time, we have a comprehensive training program that can actually equip you to do this well.
Maybe you're thinking: "I want to invest in making this accessible to everyone."
We're building a Vision Partners program that ensures transformation isn't limited by economics. Your financial partnership makes scholarships possible, enables international expansion, and creates long-term sustainability.
It means that when someone in Kenya or inner-city Detroit or rural Appalachia could benefit from what we're building, we can say yes—regardless of their ability to pay.
We're at a pivotal moment. The foundation is built. 2026 is when we start pulling back the curtain on what we've been working toward. This is our chance to build something that outlasts us—a movement of transformation that compounds across generations.
Here's your next step: We've created a brief questionnaire to help you think through how you might want to engage with what we're building. Maybe you're excited about the Unconference. Maybe you want to go through Thrive. Maybe you're wondering about facilitator training. Maybe you have kids and you're interested in Thrive Juniors. Maybe you just want to stay connected and see where this goes.
There's no wrong answer. But we want to know what resonates with you, what questions you have, and how you're thinking about this season.
Your responses help us know how to serve you well—what information you need, what opportunities to share with you, how to connect you with the right next steps.
