For the first time ever, our complete Thrive framework—six genuinely unique and transformational programs—is available to you in ways that actually fit your life.

The Thrive Framework covers three core areas of human flourishing:

• Being: Personality & Wiring, and Living by Design
• Connecting: Stewarding Relationships and Kingdom Communication
• Doing: Cycles, Seasons & Sabbath Rhythms, and Working Smart

Three Ways to Engage:

1. Self-Paced Courses: Get any program as a standalone course—buy it, go through it at your own pace, share it with friends. No waiting for schedules. Just accessible transformation whenever you're ready.
2. Six-Month Cohort Intensive: Join a Thrive cohort—a facilitated journey where you and fellow lifelong learners work through the complete program together with coaching support, built into the flow of your regular life.
3. Virtual Workshops: Prefer to block out a weekend and dive in? Every program will have two scheduled virtual workshops throughout the year—live, interactive, group experiences.

• The Avanti Unconference (Fall 2026): Our first major annual gathering—designed with an unusual approach that reflects our learning community culture. This is both a demonstration of our programming and a catalyst for deeper community formation. This is the marquee event of the year.
• In-Person Retreats & Experiences: Couples retreats in quality locations. Family camps. Sphere-specific salons and gatherings where you connect with people working in your area of calling.

Public-Facing Resources—Easy Ways to Share

We're solving a long-standing problem: how do you actually share this with people in your life?

We're building a rich ecosystem of free, accessible, compelling content:

• The official Avanti Collective podcast and YouTube channel
• Multiple community-led podcasts focused on specific areas
• Free resources—readable materials, videos, short workbooks, journaling frameworks
• Things you can actually hand to someone and say "read this" or "listen to this"—digestible entry points that make invitation natural instead of overwhelming

Sphere-Specific Communities—Finding Your People

As you get increasingly clear about your calling in the eight spheres—arts, business, government, education, science and technology, media, family and community, or faith and spirituality—you'll have communities of people who share that calling.

Places to not only learn what faithful stewardship looks like in your sphere, but to form genuine relationships with people who understand what you're navigating because they're navigating it too.

Local and Global Community Development

We're resourcing local, regional, and national Avanti communities—both in the US and internationally.

We're developing scholarship and sponsorship systems so we can work where we need to work, not just where there's money to pay for things. Because transformation shouldn't be limited by economics or geography.
